晒版机的选择使用环境及维护技巧（1）工作环境温度应在0-40℃，相对湿度要小于80%；玻璃应符合JG40-62《窗用平板玻璃》中一级玻璃的要求，在有效工作面内不得有划痕、磨毛、发霉等现象，玻璃内不得有影响晒版质量的气泡；工作面的照度均匀度不得小于85%。具体检测方法如下；在无干扰光源的情况下，将晒版机的曝光光源调整到正常工作位置，把精度不低于±4%的照度计探测头放在晒版机的工作玻璃面上测取版框中心、四角及各边中心的照度值Li，按公式Ai=(1-(|Li-L| max)/L)×100%计算晒版机工作面上的照度均匀度，其中：Ai的照度均匀度，Li为各测点照度值，L为9个测点照度平均值。 （2）在工作过程中PS版应保持与玻璃表面的完全接触。真空系统的真空调节的最小范围为0-86.6kPa（0-650mmHg）；晒版机应能在60s内获得80kPa(650mmHg)的真空；关闭晒版机电源后5分钟晒版机的真空度不得降低20kPa(150mmHg)。检测方法如下：将与机器规格相对应的最大尺寸的印版放在晒版机内，闭合真空系统，开启真空泵，用秒表测量真空系统中真空表所显示的真空度达到80kPa(650mmHg)所需时间；然后关闭电源，用秒表计时5分钟，观察真空表所示的真空系统的密封性能。 （3）晒版机的工作玻璃表面温升应不大于20℃。检测方法：将曝光光源置于正常工作位置，用分度值不 小于0.5℃的点温度计测量工作玻璃表面温度。以光源开启6分钟关闭3分钟为一周期，循环工作10次与晒版机工作之前室温下的工作玻璃表面温度相比较，计算玻璃表面温升。 （4）晒版机的重要曝光时间误差应小于5%。检测方法：用秒表测量晒版机的实际曝光5分钟的时间3次，记录晒版机的实际曝光时间 Ti，计算3次曝光时间平均值T，按公式Pj=(1-(|Li-L| max)/L)×100%计算重得曝光时间误差。 （5）晒版机对光源的要求：首先应根据PS版的感光特性来选择光源，PS版的感光范围一般在280-450nm，因粘帖胶片的片基和晒版机玻璃对320nm波长以下的光具有较强烈的吸收作用。因此320nm以下波长的光对PS版感光层起不到感光效能，感光性能较好的PS版将感光范围定在320-450nm波长范围内；碘镓灯是当今最通用且效率高的光源，其波长分布在350-450nm范围内，对多数晒版感光层有效。这种光源有较强的辐射热，因此晒版机应具备良好的散热装置。 （6）晒版机在电源电压波动±10%的情况下应能可靠工作；工作噪声应小于70dB；机壳与电源线间的绝缘电阻应大于2MΩ，晒版机要有可靠的防紫外线装置。晒版机的保养应从以下几个环节着手。
