绕射光栅分子式:CAS号:性质:又称绕射光栅,简称光栅(grating)。利用多缝衍射原理使复合光色散的光学元件。普通的衍射光栅由刻在镀有铝(或银)的玻璃基板上,由极其密集的、严格平行的、等距的刻线组成。现今刻线最多可达3460条/mm。单位长度内刻线越多,色散率越大,分辨本领则决定于刻线总数。衍射光栅分为透射光栅和反射光栅,后者又分为平面光栅和凹面光栅。光谱仪器多采用反射光栅作色散元件。目前,光栅的刻划面积可达600×400mm2。
