变频器在络筒机上的应用用变频调速器改装的自动络筒机有控制灵活、调速简便、便于微机集中控制和PLC控制的优点,深得用户的欢迎。   采用变频器的新型自动络筒机系统框图如图所示。每个变频器控制一个单锭的工作,并通过通讯口实现与控制台及其他变频器的数据通讯,从而完成集中操作、参数设定、纱长统计、络筒个数统计、转速调整等功能。工作过程中任何一台单锭停车,并不影响系统其他锭子的正常工作。断纱或清纱信号可使变频器停车,待捻接后重新按运行键可继续工作。
