四氟乙烯四氟乙烯tetrafluoroethylene一种有机氟化合物。分子式F2CCF2。无色、无臭、低毒气体。熔点-142.5℃,沸点-76.3℃,密度1.519千克/米3(-76.3℃)。四氟乙烯为最主要的含氟单体,可用自由基引发剂引发聚合成聚四氟乙烯,或与其他单体共聚合为多种含氟高分子。四氟乙烯也能发生调聚反应,例如:这是合成长链含氟烃类衍生物的通用方法之一。由于强电负性的氟原子的取代,使烯碳原子的电子密度明显下降,容易与亲核试剂反应。用氟化钾作催化剂时,四氟乙烯可以低聚合为一系列含支链的低分子量全氟烯烃。四氟乙烯受热歧化成碳和四氟甲烷,释放的热量与等量的黑色火药爆炸相似。四氟乙烯被氧引发可发生暴聚,所以贮存和运输时一般需添加稳定剂,如蒎烯等,并在无氧、低温下贮存于钢瓶中。工业上由二氟氯甲烷或三氟甲烷热解制得四氟乙烯。热解反应还产生许多副产物,主要有全氟丙烯、全氟环丁烷和一系列氟氯烃类,以及微量剧毒全氟异丁烯。
