复费率电能表复费率电能表multi rate kWhmeter  沁他}旧dionneng目o。复费率电能表(multi rate kwhmeter)测量每天各限定时段内的电能,以便按不同费率计价的电能表,又称分时计度电能表或多费率电能表。复费率电能表具有若千个计度器,各个计度器分别在规定的时段内工作,计量出的不同时段的电能对应不同的电价。采用复费率电能表可将高峰和低谷用电分开计量,分别计费,是一种用经济手段调节用电负荷的有效措施。 复费率电能表由电能表机构、复费率计度器和时间开关构成。分为两种:一种是双费率电能表,有两排字轮分别累加两种分段时间(如峰、谷)的电能;另一种是三费率电能表,有三排字轮分别累加三种分段时间(如峰、谷、平)的电能。每日时间的分段由同步电机控制的时间开关来完成。时间开关的整定盘每24h转一整圈。在整定盘的周边装有可移动的拨杆,由供电企业根据用电负荷需求情况进行时间分段。当整定盘转到整定时间位置,拨杆使触点接通(或断开)电路,复费率计度器上的继电器动作,切换电能表圆盘的传动机构,使某一排字轮停止计数,同时另一排字轮进人计数。 复费率计度器按其传动方式分为机械式和电脉冲式两种。机械式复费率计度器圆盘的转动直接经减速轮系传至字轮。电脉冲式复费率计度器是把圆盘的转数经光电元件变为电脉冲数,由步进继电器推动机械减速轮系传至字轮。因此机械式复费率计度器装于电能表内,脉冲式复费率计度器是在电能表外的一个单独附件。 复费率电能表测量电能的原理和特性与电能表相同,其准确级别有1级及2级。时间开关的时钟允许走时误差每日为士(0 .5一1.5)5,最小时段为1h,功率消耗小于1.6W,停电后干电池的连续工作时间在10Oh以上。
