农村高压配电网农村高压配电网rural high voltage distri-bution networks nongeun gooya Pe一d一anwang农村高压配电网(rural high voltage distribu-tion networks)为农村及农业区域供电的30~154 kV配电网,由各级电压商压配电线路和农村变电所构成。农村高压配电网的电压等级较多,而且各国的电压等级不尽相同。在中国,农村高压配电网指主要为县(县级市、旗)区域内城镇、农村及农垦区及林牧区用户供电的35、66 kV和110 kV配电网,是农村电力网的重要组成部分。它通过220 kV/110 kV、330 kV/一10 kv或220 kV/66 kv(仅用于中国东北地区和内蒙古东部)降压变电所与电力系统的输电网相连接。仅有35 kV高压配电网的农村电力网通过110 kV/35kV变电所与系统连接。在以中小型发电厂为电源的农村电力网内,它通过各级升压变电所与中小型发电厂相连接.高压配电网与农村中压配电网连接,中国采用的连接方式有:①通过110 kV/35 kV八。kV农村变电所或110 kV/35 kV与35 kV/10 kV农村变电所两次降压,是应用最广泛的连接方式;②通过110 kV/10 kV农村变电所一次降压,是取消了35 kV电压级的连接方式,符合减少配电网电压层次的原则,主要用于经济较发达地区的农村电力网或为县城供电的农村电力网,③通过“kV/1 okv农村变电所一次降压,是以66kV电压级代替11okV和35kV两个电压级的连接方式,也减少了电压层次,主要用于中国东北地区和内蒙古的东部地区;④通过110 kv/20 kv或“kV/20 kV农村变电所一次降压,与20 kV农村中压配电网的连接方式。110 kV/20 kV降压方式仅在中国河南等地个别县的农村电力网中试用。“kV/20kV降压方式中国尚未实际应用。 中国农村高压配电网将有力地调整加强网架结构,提高供电能力,适应用电负待增长的需要。同时,部分商压配电网将逐步采用有备用的接线方式,提高供电可靠性。 接线方式农村高压配电网主要采用无备用的单电源放射式或链式接线方式(见图1),一般每条110 kV线路上接人的变电所个图l放射式、链式接线 (a)放射式;(b)链式数不超过2个,“、35kV线路上接人的变电所个数不超过3个。随粉农村电力网负荷的发展,对供电可靠性(见供电质黄)的要求不断提高,在一些县级市的城镇圈2环形、多电源 链形接线(a)环形;(b)多电派健形已经或将要采用有备用的环网接线(开环运行)方式或多电源的链形接线方式(见图2)。
