恒速传动装置  装在航空发动机上把动力传给飞机交流发电机并将发动机变化的输入转速转变为恒定的输出转速的特种装置。1946年恒速传动装置研制成功后,恒频交流电源系统才得以在飞机上应用。装有这类装置的电源系统称为恒速恒频交流电源系统(见飞机电源系统)。恒速传动装置主要有齿轮差动机械液压式和电磁式两种。    齿轮差动机械液压式恒速传动装置主要由差动游星齿轮、液压泵、液压马达、转速调节器、保护装置和油路系统组成。差动游星齿轮的一个输入轴由航空发动机带动,另一输入轴由转速补偿系统中的液压马达带动,而其输出轴与交流发电机转轴相连,故发电机的转速决定于航空发动机的转速和液压马达所给予的补偿转速。航空发动机的转速为某特定值时,转速补偿系统提供的补偿量为零。如发动机转速变化或负载变化而导致发电机转速偏离额定值时,调速系统动作,适当改变液压泵中可动斜盘的倾斜角,改变泵打油量使马达转速变化,从而使发电机转速恢复到额定值。在这种恒速传动装置中齿轮系和泵-马达两部分都传送功率,且以前者为主,故工作可靠、效率高(可达85%)、体积小,得到广泛应用。    电磁式恒速传动装置由电磁滑差离合器和频率调节器组成。离合器与交流发电机装在同一壳体内。航空发动机通过软轴传动离合器的外转子,在它与磁极间的电磁力作用下,磁极带动发电机转子一起旋转。离合器产生的电磁力矩不仅与外转子和磁极间的转差率有关,而且与激磁电流有关。当发动机转速或发电机负载变化而引起磁极转速变化时,频率调节器将自动调整磁极的激磁电流,使它的转速恢复到原来值,以保持发电机频率恒定。这种装置构造简单,但工作时损耗较大,仅适合于容量小于15千伏·安的发电系统。仿照齿轮差动机械液压式恒速装置原理构成的齿轮差动电磁式恒速传动装置的效率则较高。恒速传动装置的输出转速精度为±(1~2.5)%。    参考书目   《飞机交流电源系统》编写组编:《飞机交流电源系统》,国防工业出版社,北京,1979。
