晶界层电容器分子式:CAS号:性质:由半导化晶粒和晶界绝缘层所形成的一类陶瓷电容器。其晶粒为n型半导体,电阻率约为102~105Ω·cm或更低,晶粒发育较好,尺寸约20~100μm或更大,晶粒与晶粒之间为极薄的绝缘层,厚度仅为十分之几微米到数微米。制品具有介电常数很高,约数万到数十万,介质损耗较低,温度系数较小,在低电压和低阻抗晶体管等线路中显示出非常优良的性能。主要有钛酸钡系和钛酸锶系两类。工艺特点为施主掺杂半导化,空气中一次烧成或施主掺杂高温中性(氮气)或通氢还原烧成后,再经涂覆氧化铜等进行第二次烧成形成晶界绝缘层,即二次烧成。广泛用于收音机、电视机、台式电子计算机、汽车和电子电路中。
