硅碳棒分子式：CAS号：性质：红外分光光度计的一种常用红外光源。由高纯碳化硅制成两端粗，中间细的实心棒。中间为发光部分，直径约5mm，长50mm。两端粗，可降低电阻，使其在工作状态时两端呈冷态，免于发射强红外辐射。工作前不需预热，工作温度约1300℃，耗电200～400W。使用波数范围在5000～400cm-1。特点为坚固、寿命长、发光面积大，但工作时需用水冷却，以免温高影响仪器部件性能。
