1.The property of CIS films prepared by PLD sputtering and post-selenization had been characterized by X-ray Diffraction(XRD)、Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM)、X-ray Photo Electron Spectroscopy(XPS) and X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer(XRF),the results show that CIS thin films of single phase and chalcopyrite structure can be obtained by this method.通过X射线衍射分析(XRD)、扫描电镜分析(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱分析(XPS)和X射线荧光分析(XRF),对PLD溅射后硒化法制备出的铜铟硒(CIS)太阳能薄膜进行了表征;结果表明此工艺方法可以制备出单相性较好的黄铜矿结构的CIS薄膜。
