变压器式传感器 利用变压器作用原理把被测位移转换为初、次级线圈互感变化的变磁阻式传感器。它由两个或多个带铁心的线圈构成,初、次级线圈间的互感能随衔铁或两个线圈间的相对移动而改变。当用适当频率的电压激励初级线圈时,次级线圈的输出电压将随互感的改变而变化,从而将被测位移转换为电压输出。这种传感器在使用中常采取两个同名端串接的次级绕组线圈,以差动方式输出,所以又称为差动变压器式传感器。变压器式传感器的特点与电感式传感器相同,有时亦称电感式传感器。但变压器式传感器在设计上具有更大的灵活性,应用更为广泛。旋转变压器、感应同步器、自整角机都属于变压器式传感器。变压器式传感器主要用于测量位移和能转换成位移量的力、张力、压力、压差、加速度、应变、流量、厚度、比重、转矩等参量。
