发电系统可靠性发电系统可靠性generating system reli-ability fod一onx一tong kekooxlrlg发电系统可靠性(generating System:eliabili-ty)评估统一并网运行的全部发电机组按可接受标准及期望数量满足电力系统负荷电力和电量需求的能力的度量。研究发电系统可靠性的主要目标是确定电力系统为保证充足的电力供应所需的发电容量。所需发电容量可分为静态容量和运行容t两个不同的方面。静态容量是指对于整个系统所需容量的长期估计,可考虑为装机容量。它必须满足发电机组计划检修、非计划检修、季节性降低出力以及非预计的负荷增长等要求。运行容量则是指对于为满足一定负荷水平所需实际容量的短期估计。二者的差别除考虑的时间期限不同外,前者待确定的基本量是电力系统的合理装机备用;后者需要确定的则是在短时间内(几小时或一天),系统所需的运行备用(旋转备用、快速起动机组及互联电力系统的相互支援等)。在电力系统规划阶段评价不同的电源发展方案时,必须对上述两方面都进行核算,在做出决策后,短期容量的需求就成为运行方面关心的问题。 分析原理和指标衡量发电系统可靠性的标志是系统的充裕度。发电系统充裕度,是在发电机组额定值和电压水平限度内,考虑到机组的计划和非计划停运及降低出力,向用户提供总的电力和电量需求的能力。通常用来衡量系统装机容量充裕度的方法是百分数备用法或最大机组备用法或将此二者结合使用的方法。这些都属于确定性方法,主要根据长期收集、积累的发电系统可靠性资料,负荷预测资料,电源配置以及规划设计人员的经验来确定。另一种是概率方法,即电力不足概率(1055 of load probability,LOLP)法及电力不足频率和持续时间(frequeney and duration,F匕D)法(见发电系统可靠性指标)。在发展过程中又在20世纪50年代提出将对策论和模拟技术引人应用的更为简便的方法,建立了概率方法一个新的分支—模拟法和60年代末期提出的建立发电系统模型的递推法(见发电系统模型)。递推法不仅扩展了F匕_D法的应用范围,并使在计算机上实现概率方法变得更为实用和简便。 任何估计发电系统充裕度的概率方法的基本途径在原理上都相同,它由三部分组成如图所示。。认骊 发电系统容且负荷匡擎到心{负”,{ /月风”‘,r (b) 发电系统可靠性分析原理示意图 (a)系统模型;(b)分析模型 将发电系统模型和发电系统可靠性负荷模型相结合形成适当的风险模型后.即可计算出一系列可靠性指标(见发电系统可靠性指标)。
