电压崩溃  由电压恶性下降造成的电力系统严重事故。电力系统正常运行时,电源的无功功率输出与负荷的无功功率消耗及网络无功损耗相平衡。若电源或无功功率补偿容量发生缺额时,负荷端电压被迫降低,当电压降低到某个临界值后,电压值持续不断地下降而不能恢复,即为电压崩溃。电压崩溃将使该地区的所有负荷被迫停电,甚至可能扩大为系统几部分之间的失去同步,导致非同步振荡,造成全系统的事故,损失更多负荷。对某一节点发电机和负荷的无功功率与节点电压的关系曲线QG-U和QLD-U(见图)。它们有两个交点a和b。a点是稳定点,能承受小的扰动;b点是不稳定点。在a点运行时,在b点运行时,临界情况是对应于此点的电压为临界电压Ucr。在a点运行,无功功率QLD>QG,将使电压恢复到Ua;在b点运行,QLD>QG,将使电压更加降低,恶性循环,电压崩溃。在临界点若QLD<QG,则将使电压上升到a点才能平衡。    防止电压崩溃的措施有:①在规划设计时配备足够的无功功率补偿电源,达到分层分区基本平衡;②在发生无功功率缺额时,应充分利用发电机和调相机的事故过负荷能力,采用强励装置和自动励磁调节器;③将可供投切的静电电容器和可控静止补偿器投入运行;④必要时应切除部分负荷,或按低电压自动切除负荷。
