奇异系统奇异系统singularsystems具刚性约束的微分系统或若干微分关系式和函数关系式耦合的系统。又称广义状态空间系统、描述变量系统或半状态系统。奇异系统的研究始于20世纪70年代初,具有一定的实际背景。例如经济领域中的动态投入-产出模型、电力系统的多时标问题,都可用奇异系统来描述。大量的研究集中于奇异线性系统,它的数学描述的一般形式为:E(t)=Ax(t)+Bu(t),y(t)=Cx(t)。与正常系统的区别就在于这里E是一个奇异方阵。由此导致的本质特征为奇异系统含有脉冲模,或者从传递函数的观点来说,无穷远点是奇异系统的零点,这是它结构上的独特之处。20世纪70年代后,在奇异线性系统解的存在性、脉冲能控性和脉冲能观测性、稳定性、正常观测器设计、闭环系统综合、二次最优控制、极大值原理以及状态估计问题等许多方面已有了大量的研究结果。但是对奇异非线性系统尚知之甚少。
