喘振裕度喘振是发动机的一种不正常的工作状态,是由压气机内的空气流量和压气机转速偏离设计状态过多而引发的。喘振是发动机的致命故障,严重时可能导致发动机空中停车甚至发动机致命损坏。衡量发动机喘振性能的指标叫做“喘振裕度”,就是说发动机的进气口流量变化多少会引发喘振,这个值一般都要求达到15%甚至20%以上。航空涡轮发动机性能要先进,稳定工作范围宽,首先要求喘振裕度要大,压气机工作点距离喘振边界远。其次,发动机抗畸变能力要强。进气口的气有时是不均匀的,尤其是飞机做大机动动作时,进气道唇口气流发生分离,造成压气机进口畸变,气流不均匀。这时发动机的喘振裕度就会减小,加减速又会把一部分喘振裕度消耗掉,也可能造成停车,所以喘振裕度必须足够,对畸变不敏感。导弹的尾焰也容易造成温度场畸变,使发动机停车,所以要有武器发射防喘自动控制系统。
