富马铁分子式:CAS号:性质:又称富马铁,富血铁。本品为红橙至红棕色粒状粉,相对密度2.435(25℃)。无臭,几乎无味。在酸中放出甲酸。本品用于各种原因引起的缺铁性贫血,其特点为含铁量较高(33%),奏效较快,恶心、呕吐、便秘等副作用较少。制剂为肠溶片。注意:大剂量口服可强烈刺激胃肠道和引起坏死,甚至惊厥死亡;溃疡病、溃疡性结肠炎及肠炎患者慎用;忌与茶同服,亦忌与四环素类同服;服本品后大便带黑色。副作用有胃不适、腹痛、腹泄,偶致便秘。
