促血红细胞生长素 ,红细胞生成素,促红细胞生成素,重组人红细胞生成素,怡帕津,利血宝,依帕丁,宁红欣药物名称:红细胞生成素英文名:Erythropoietin别名:促血红细胞生长素 ,红细胞生成素,促红细胞生成素,重组人红细胞生成素,怡帕津,利血宝,依帕丁,宁红欣外文名:Erythropoetin ,Erythropoietin, r-HuEPO,Recombinant Human Erythropoietin, Epoetinalfa适应症: 用于治疗慢性肾衰患者的贫血症。治疗最初1~3周观察到血细胞比容增加,且与剂量成比例,在4~6周中血细胞比容水平在不同研究中可达30%~40%之间不等,患者的生活质量提高,包括体力耐受、情绪、起居方式和性功能的提高。对慢性肾衰不需要透析的贫血患者的研究表明,使用本品也是有利的。 用量用法: 静脉注射开始应用较低剂量50~100IU/kg,每周3次,如果在4周内,网状红细胞计数、血细胞比容和血红蛋白水平未见明显增加,本品的剂量可递增,如果在任何2周中血细胞比容的增加大于4%以上,本品的剂量应减少,建议以血细胞比容达30%~33%或血红蛋白水平达100~120g/L为指标,调节维持剂量,同时应个别测定最佳血细胞比容的水平。接受长期血液透析的患者,通常在每一次透析过程结束时给予本品。 皮下给药剂量与静注相同。 腹膜内给药剂量等于或大于静注剂量。 注意事项: 常见有血压升高、心悸。偶见瘙痒感、皮疹、痤疮、GOT或GPT值升高、恶心、呕吐、眩晕、头痛、发热、血钾升高等。 血液透析不能控制动脉血压升高的患者,白血病、铅中毒及感染患者禁用,有药物过敏者、变态反应体质者慎用。应及时对用本品治疗者的血压进行监测,必要时给抗高血压药物。应注意血管栓塞情况,有时需增加肝素的剂量。必要时补铁,使患者的转铁蛋白饱和度维持在20%以上。 规格: 注射剂2000IU/支、3000IU/支、4000IU/支、10000IU/支。类别:抗贫血药
