感冒通片感冒通片组分每片含双氯芬酸钠15mg、人工牛黄15mg、扑尔敏2.5mg。性状本品为糖衣片。药理作用抗感冒药。主药双氯芬酸钠具有抗炎镇痛作用。人工牛黄有解热作用，扑尔敏为组胺H，受体阻滞药，三者制成复方制剂能减轻感冒症状。吸收、分布、消除本品口服后迅速从胃肠道吸收，服后1-2小时血药浓度达高峰，本品在体内经代谢后，主要随尿排出。适应症用于感冒引起的头痛、发热等。用法与用量口服一次1-2片，一日3次。不良反应1.服药初期偶见恶心、嗳气、上腹部疼痛等胃肠道反应，个别患者出现皮疹，轻微眩晕、末梢性水肿等症状。2.有嗜睡、精神不振、口干等。禁忌症1.胃及十二指肠溃疡、肝、肾功能不全、阿司匹林过敏或有哮喘病史者及婴儿、孕妇、癫痫者禁用。2.幽门梗阻，前列腺肥大，膀胱颈阻塞、窄角性青光眼、甲状腺功能亢进以及高血压、老年患者慎用。注意事项用药期间不宜驾驶车辆，管理机器及高空作业等。贮藏遮光，密闭保存。
