丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂【通用名称】丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂【其他名称】丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂 丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂 拼音名:Bingsuan Beilumisong Qiwuji 英文名:Beclometasone Dipropionate Aerosol 书页号:2000年版二部-102 本品为丙酸倍氯米松的混悬型定量阀门气雾剂。本品含丙酸倍氯米松(C28H37ClO7) 应为标示量的85.0%~120.0%。丙酸倍氯米松的药液浓度为标示浓度的80.0%~130.0%。 【性状】 本品在耐压容器中的药液为白色混悬液;揿压阀门,药液即呈雾粒喷出。 【鉴别】 取本品1瓶,在铝盖上钻一小孔,插入连有干燥橡皮管的注射针(勿与 液面接触),橡皮管的一端通入水中放气,待抛射剂气化挥尽,除去铝盖,置水浴上除 尽瓶内残留的抛射剂,加环己烷3ml洗涤内容物,静置后滤过。共洗涤3次,用同一滤 纸滤过,瓶内和滤纸上的残留物用热风除去环己烷后,加无水乙醇50ml使溶解, 滤过, 精密量取滤液适量(约相当于丙酸倍氯米松1mg),用无水乙醇稀释至50ml,照分光光 度法(附录Ⅳ A)测定,在238nm的波长处有最大吸收。 【检查】 应附合气(粉)雾剂和喷雾剂项下有关的各项规定(附录Ⅰ L)。 【含量测定】 对照品溶液的制备 取丙酸倍氯米松对照品2mg,精密称定,置100 ml量瓶中,加无水乙醇溶解并稀释至刻度,摇匀,即得。 供试品溶液的制备 取本品以无水乙醇为吸收剂,照气雾剂(附录Ⅰ L)每揿主药 剂量项下的方法操作,用无水乙醇定量稀释制成每1ml中含0.2mg的溶液。 测定法 精密量取供试品溶液与对照品溶液各2ml,分别置于25ml量瓶中,加氯化 三苯四氮唑试液2ml,摇匀,再加入氢氧化四甲基铵试液2ml,摇匀,密塞,置暗处,于35℃ 水浴中1小时后,放冷,用无水乙醇稀释刻度,摇匀,照分光光度法(附录Ⅳ B),在485nm 的波长处分别测定吸收度,计算,即得。 【类别】 同丙酸倍氯米松。 【规格】 每瓶200揿,每揿含丙酸倍氯米松50μg。 【贮藏】 密闭,在凉暗处保存。
