肾上腺素受体激动药分子式:CAS号:性质:又称为肾上腺素受体激动药,拟交感神经胺。一类作用与肾上腺素效应相似的药物。它们都是通过激动肾上腺素受体而起效。由于它们在化学上都属于胺类,产生的作用与交感神经兴奋效应相似,故也称为拟交感神经胺。根据对α,β肾上腺素受体选择性不同分成三类:(1)主要作用于α受体的拟肾上腺素药,如去甲肾上腺素;(2)作用于α和β受体的拟肾上腺素药,如肾上腺素;(3)主要作用于β受体的拟肾上腺素药,如异丙肾上腺素。
