肺炎克霉白杆菌肺炎肺炎克霉白杆菌肺炎 又称"肺炎杆菌肺炎"、"费利兰德杆菌肺炎"。肺炎克雷白杆菌所。致的肺部急性感染。此菌常存在于人体呼吸道或肠道,在呼吸道粘膜纤毛活动受损的情况下引起肺部病变。本病多见于老年、营养不良、全身衰竭、原患慢性支气管肺炎疾病患者。男性较多,起病急骤,有畏寒,发热、咳嗽、胸痛,痰量多,呈黄绿色,脓性、粘稠,带血或血痰。典型的痰呈红棕色粘稠胶冻状。肺部呈典型肺实变体征。治疗在全身支持疗法的基础上应用抗生素。本菌对氨基甙类抗生素、氯霉素、头孢霉素、多粘菌素B等敏感。
