1.To observe the changes of the biochemical markers osteocalcin(OC), bone alkaline phosphatase (BALP),carboxyterminal of type I procollagen (PICP) and 25-hydroxyvitamin D_3[(25-(OH) D_3)], from of which can reflect the functions of osteoblast for children with vitamin D deficient rickets, and study the principle therapy principle for these patients.【目的】 通过对佝偻病患儿骨钙素 (OC)、骨碱性磷酸酶 (BALP)、I型前胶原羧基端前肽 (PICP)和 2 5 羟维生素D3 [2 5 (OH)D3 ]的检测 ,观察其成骨细胞的功能状况 ,以便探讨合理的治疗原则。
