呼吸道合胞病毒呼吸道合胞病毒respiratory syncytial virus 简称合胞病毒。是一种RNA病毒。有包膜,直径为120~200nm属副粘病毒群,仅有一个血清型。本病毒极不稳定,在室温下2天内效价下降100倍,是下呼吸道感染(细支气管炎)的病原体。多见于2岁以下的儿童。一年四季均有发病,但以冬春季为多见。本病毒通过人与人之间直接接触和飞沫传播。疾病的最初3~5天可分离到病毒,一般采用人类细胞、双倍体细胞或原代猴肾细胞等培养进行病毒分离。呼吸道分泌物标本可用ELISA和IFT方法测定抗原,阳性率85%~90%,也可用血清学来诊断本病。
