氨基苷类抗生素氨基苷类抗生素aminoglycosideantibiotics包括链霉素、卡那霉素、庆大霉素、妥布霉素、丁胺卡那霉素、小诺霉素及新霉素(只供外用)等。其杀菌作用的机理是抑制细菌蛋白质的合成,即抑制细菌的生命过程。这类抗生素抗菌谱较广,对革兰氏阳性及阴性细菌都有作用,但对革兰氏阴性杆菌作用更突出。有的品种对绿脓杆菌(如庆大霉素、妥布霉素、卡那霉素等)、金黄色葡萄球菌(如庆大霉素等)、结核杆菌(如链霉素、卡那霉素等)有抑制作用。这类抗生素口服难吸收,故口服仅用于肠道消毒。对于全身性感染必须注射给药。体内破坏很少,大部分以原形从尿排出,故可用于治疗泌尿系感染。其不良反应有:耳毒性、肾毒性和神经传导阻滞(能引起心肌抑制及呼吸衰竭)。另外,这类抗生素中各种抗生素之间有一定的交叉耐药性。这类药物的抗菌作用有所下降,细菌的耐药性已引起人们的注意。
