听力检查听力检查hearing measurement 听力检查(h earing measurement)对听觉系统功能障碍的检查,以测定听力损伤的性质、程度和部位。其耳科学意义在于检查听器官的异常、缺损或疾病,为治疗做诊断:其听力学意义在于确定听功能损伤程度和性质。常用方法有:(l)语言测听法,由主试人在被试的侧面或背面,读词语以测定被试接受语言的实用听力(详见“语言测听法,’)。(2)音叉检查法,常用纯音音叉,频率为128Hz、256Hz、512Hz、1024Hz、2048Hz等。使用音叉测听既可测定听器官空气传导障碍,也可测定骨导障碍。(3)客观测听法,运用电声学及耳科病理学原理使用阻抗测听、电反应测听,不依据被试者的主观反应即可达到听力检查之卜J的。 (魏华忠撰李孝忠审)
