1.Methods Under the help of Transient Evoked Otoacoustic Emission we primarily screened 3696 neonates born in Beijing Pinggu Maternity and Children\'s Health Care center from Nov, 2004, and we sent all the babies who did not pass the first round examination at 3 months age to the Beijing auditory Screen Center to be rechecked and further diagnosed.方法应用瞬态耳声发射技术(TEOAE)对在平谷区妇幼保健院2004年11月以来出生的3696例新生儿进行听力普遍性筛查,对未通过复筛的新生儿于生后3月龄时转北京市儿童听力筛查中心进行诊断性检查。

1.【Methods】 AABR and transient evoked otoacoustic emissions(TEOAE) were recorded with Natus Algo3i and Madsen Accuscreen in 192(384 ears) high risk neonates.【方法】192例(384耳)高危新生儿,检测AABR(Natus Algo3i听力筛查仪)和筛查型瞬态诱发性耳声发射(transient evoked otoacoustic emissions,TEOAE)(Madsen Accuscreen听力筛查仪),比较单用AABR、单用TEOAE、AABR+TEOAE筛查的结果。
