电浮选电浮选electro flotation d iQnfuxuan电浮选(eleetroflotation)通过电解悬浮液中的水,产生细小气泡进行浮选的方法。也称电解浮选。常规浮选的气泡直径为。.6一lmm;电浮选可产生0.02一0.lmm直径的气泡,有利于回收微细矿粒。电浮选始于1904年英国埃尔莫尔(F .E.Elmore)的电解浮选专利。虽然它在生产中主要用来处理废水,但在研究方面,对回收微细矿粒已取得良好效果。水经电解产生氢气和氧气,这两种气体的小气泡可单独或共同携带微细粒物料上浮,同时还产生一些有助于硫化矿物浮选的电化学反应。电浮选的效果主要取决于气泡的均匀和分散程度,以及电极的种类和排列方式等因素。 (石大新)
