亚硝酸盐  亚硝酸的盐类,含有亚硝酸根NO娛离子,为离子型化合物。亚硝酸盐一般无色,有毒,可以致癌。除浅黄色的亚硝酸银外,一般都易溶于水。亚硝酸盐相当稳定,形成溶液时可被空气中的氧逐渐氧化,生成硝酸盐。碱金属亚硝酸盐的热稳定性较高,其他的亚硝酸盐在加热时都分解。亚硝酸盐中氮原子的氧化数是+3。N娛离子既有氧化性,又有还原性。亚硝酸钠可由氧化氮和二氧化氮通入氢氧化钠溶液制备,硝酸盐与铅、铁或碳等共热也可生成亚硝酸盐。亚硝酸钠大量用于有机合成和偶氮染料工业。
