钠碱法分子式：CAS号：性质：又称钠碱法。是采用钠化合物(氢氧化钠、碳酸钠或亚硫酸钠)和石灰或石灰石来处理烟气中的二氧化硫。首先使用钠化合物溶液吸收二氧化硫，然后使其与石灰或石灰石进行反应，生成亚硫酸钙或硫酸钙沉淀。再生后的氢氧化钠溶液返回吸收塔循环使用。此法的特点是，吸收效率较高，可达95％以上，而且吸收系统不生成沉淀物，没有结垢和堵塞问题。其主要缺点是由于烟气中有氧的存在，部分亚硫酸钠被氧化成硫酸钠，硫酸钠较难再生，因此需要不断地向系统补充碳酸钠或氢氧化钠。另外，还由于有硫酸的存在，降低了硫酸钙的质量。
