絮凝剂3号分子式:[C3H5ON]n分子量:100-500万CAS号:9003-05-8性质:无色或微黄色稠厚胶体。为水溶性树脂,能以任何比例溶于水。仅在冰醋酸、丙烯酸、乙二醇、甲酰胺、甘油、乳酸等少数溶剂中能溶解1%左右,几乎不溶于有机溶剂。温度超过120℃时易分解。制备方法:丙烯腈在铜催化剂作用下水合得到丙烯酰胺,再K2S2O8作用下聚合为聚丙烯酰胺。铜铝合金经碱处理水洗后制成崔化剂,装入水合反应器中,丙烯腈原料抽至贮罐再放入计量罐中,离子交换处理后的纯水送入计量罐中,然后按比例用泵经原料预热器连续注入水合反应器,控制85-125℃进行水合反应生成丙烯酰胺水溶液,余下丙烯腈经闪蒸塔去冷凝器回收流入水计量罐循环使用,而丙烯酰胺溶液从闪蒸罐流入贮罐,用泵送至高位槽去树脂交换柱,进入贮槽配成7-8%浓度单体,送往聚合釜制成胶状体聚丙烯酰胺包装即为成品。用途:广泛应用于石油化工、冶金、煤炭、选矿和纺织等工业部门,用作沉淀絮凝剂、油田注水增稠剂、钻井泥浆处理剂、纺织浆料、纸张增强剂、纤维改性剂、土壤改良剂、土壤稳事实上剂、纤维糊料、树脂加工剂、合成树脂涂料、粘合剂、分散剂等。
