助留剂分子式:CAS号:性质:在造纸过程中,加入纸浆内可以增加填料、胶料和细微纤维等在纸页中留着率的物质。助留剂大致有无机物如硫酸铝、铝酸钠等(留着效果不显著);阳离子型淀粉;羧甲基纤维素;合成树脂(如聚乙烯亚胺、聚丙烯酰胺、聚氧化乙烯、聚酰胺等)。常用的助留剂有改性淀粉和合成树脂,助留剂一般还具有加快浆料滤水的助滤效能。主要种类有以下两类。(1)改性淀粉。由玉米、土豆、木薯淀粉采用湿法、干法工艺制得的阴、阳离子改性淀粉。主要是季铵型和叔胺型改性阳离子淀粉。(2)聚丙烯酰胺。一般是改性的阴离子型或阳离子型的产品。阴离子化是通过聚丙烯酰胺的部分水解反应或磺甲基化反应而得。或者通过丙烯酸、顺丁二烯二酸共聚而得。阳离子化则是通过霍夫曼反应或曼尼希反应制得。还可与氨基烷基丙烯酸甲酯的共聚制得。
