灰色链霉菌蛋白酶分子式:CAS号:性质:由灰色链霉菌(Streptomyces griseus)培养液提取而得的微生物蛋白酶。白色粉末。分子量20 000。易溶于盐水和稀盐溶液,最适pH值7.8~8.0,最适温度60~80℃。有极强的蛋白水解作用,可切断蛋白质所含肽键的80%。能水解纤维蛋白、黏蛋白。在体内能与其抑制物结合,使酶活性中心受到保护,输送至病变组织,又能同抑制物分离,恢复其酶活性。医学上用于抗炎消肿。
