榕树叶【通用名称】榕树叶【其他名称】榕树叶 (《岭南采药录》) 【异名】小格叶(《生草药性备要》),落地金钱(《本草求原》)。 【来源】为桑科植物榕树的叶片,植物形态详"榕须"条。 【采集】全年可采,拣净杂质,晒干。 【药材】干燥的叶茶褐色,多呈不规则卷曲状,展开后呈倒卵状长圆形,长3~8厘米,宽2~4厘米,先端短尖,基部稍狭,边全缘,革质。气微,味淡。 产广东、广西等地。 【化学成分】含三萜皂甙、黄酮甙、酸性树脂、鞣质。 【药理作用】抗菌作用 1:50浓度的榕树叶和树皮,试管内对金黄色葡萄球菌、舒氏痢疾杼苗有抑制作用。 同属植物垂叶榕叶的水煎液,用平皿稀释法的抑菌效价为:绿脓杆菌1:20,金黄色葡萄球菌1:80,弗氏痢疾杆苗1:80,大肠杆菌1:20,变形杆菌1:160,用挖洞法及纸片法亦证明对上述细菌有抑制作用。 【性味】《广东中药》Ⅱ:"淡,凉。" 【功用主治】活血散瘀,解热理湿。治跌打损伤,慢性气管炎,流感,百日咳,扁桃体炎,菌痢,肠炎,目赤,牙痛。 ①《生草药性备要》:"消骨内阴疮,敷跌打,止痛,冲酒饮。" ②《陆川本草》:"接骨,消肿,止痛。治跌打损伤,断筋折骨。" ③《南宁市药物志》:"治痢疾。" ④《岭南草药志》:"解热,理湿滞。" ⑤《梧州草药及常见病多发病处方选》:"解热去痧,消炎止咳。治癍痧大热,伤寒夹色,鼻衄,蛾喉,扁桃体炎,结合膜炎,疟疾,百日咳,跌打瘀肿,筋伤挛痛。" 【用法与用量】内服:煎汤,3~5钱;研末或浸酒。外用:捣敷。 【宜忌】《广东中药》Ⅱ:"麻风患者忌用,否则皮肤之结节更形表露。" 【选方】①治妇女经闭,跌打损伤:榕树叶,焙研末,泡酒服,每次三钱,每日一次,连服三日。(《泉州本草》) ②治眼热:榕树叶、黄豆,加片糖少许同煎服。(《广东中药》Ⅱ) ③治风火牙痛:椿树叶晒干,塞患牙。(《泉州本草》) 【临床应用】①治疗慢性气管炎 取小叶榕鲜叶1.5两,水煎,后入陈皮2钱(均为10两制)再煎,滤出首次药液后药渣复煎,合并两次药液浓缩至50~100毫升,加入白糖适量,为成人1日量。每日分2~3次饭后服,10天为一疗程,连服三个疗程。治疗507例,近期控制133例(26.23%),显效183例(36.1%),单纯型的疗效略高于喘息型。或用鲜叶及陈皮煎汁浓编制成糖浆,每10毫升中含鲜叶8%,陈皮2钱,日服3次,每次10毫升,10天为一疗程,视需要隔几天可进行第二疗程。共治疗151例,痊愈81例(53.6%),显效50例(33.1%)。一般药后2~5天咳、喘、痰均有不同程度的好转,睡眠改善,食欲增加,仅少数在药后有头晕、口干、咽部不适、四肢酸软无力,合并胃溃疡者药后胃痛加剧;极个别体弱者,在服药期间出现轻度浮肿,停药后可自行消失。另据报道,用树皮1~2两或干叶0.5~1两(或加陈皮2钱),水煎内服,疗效亦无量著差异。此药除用于慢性气管炎外,对急性气管炎及上呼吸道感染用之亦效,咳嗽、咳痰等症多在3~5天消失或明显减轻,体温及白细胞能迅速降至正常。 ②治疗急性菌痢及肠炎 每日用100%榕树叶煎剂50~100毫升,分2次服。治疗菌痢19例,治愈17例,好转2例。治疗急性肠炎7例,服药1天痊愈。
