克隆分子式:CAS号:性质:又称无性繁殖系。指从单一亲代通过无性繁殖而产生的相同基因(DNA分子)、细胞或生物(个)体及相关方法。早在1903年就由H. J. Webber把克隆的概念应用于生物学上,指采用无性繁殖所产生的同基因型的生物群体。而迄今随着分子生物学的发展,其概念已从生物个体延伸至细胞,甚至到分子,而且不论哪一个层次都意味着来自单亲或同源,呈现出复制一般的同一群体。(1)多细胞的生物体克隆。这在植物上更为普遍,通过营养体繁殖或体细胞培养可重新生出具有相同基因型的完整的植株。在动物方面克隆实例很多,但引起世人瞩目的是在1997年2月27日出版“Nature Vol.385.P.810~813”上所记载的克隆羊“多莉”(dollythe clone)的产生,是属单亲复制出来的哺乳动物。“多莉”的遗传基因组全来自成年母羊(Finn Dorset)的乳腺上皮细胞中的细胞核,当该核与另一母羊的去核卵母细胞融合后,再置于第三只母羊子宫内去发育至分娩出“多莉”。(2)细胞的克隆。指从原来单一细胞经培养后分裂所产生的后代细胞群,这一过程又叫克隆培养(clonal cell culture),可为细胞遗传和分化研究提供了重要材料,这一技术同时也促进了胚胎学的发展。(3)基因的克隆。又称分子克隆(molecular cloning)。
