连续压滤机连续压滤机continuous pressure filter I一anxu yal口j-连续压滤机(continuou、pres、ur。川ter) 连续给料的压滤机,根据结构不问有带式、旋叶式、盘式和KDF式等型式。 带式压滤机物料夹在两条滤带之间受压榨辊压榨而脱水。这是一种结构简单、作业率高、能耗低的连续压滤机,广泛应用于过滤各种污泥、选煤产品、湿法冶金的残渣等物料。带式压滤机的工作原理是,先将滤浆絮凝初步脱水,而后使絮团进入两滤带之间,滤带在压榨辊群间曲折运动,夹在两滤带间的滤饼受到压榨辊和滤带的压榨而脱水。压榨辊和滤带对滤饼施加的压榨力有三种:(l)面压榨力。当双滤带绕过单个压榨辊时,带内滤饼受到由外层滤带张力所产生的压榨力的作用,张力愈大或辊径愈小,压榨力就愈大如在外层滤带外面再加张力更大的张力带,可使压榨力更大(2)线压榨力。当双滤带通过二个平行压榨棍之间的缝隙时,在压榨辊前一段不长区域内的带内滤饼将受到压榨力的作用。双滤带内滤饼还可受到面压榨力和线压榨力两种力的联合作用。(3)剪切力。当双滤带绕过相邻的两个压榨辊而且前辊的外层带变为后辊的内层带时,带内滤饼将受到剪切力作用。剪切力将破坏已堵塞的毛细孔,产生新的能透液的毛细孔,从而使压榨脱水更有效。 带式压滤机的规格用带宽表示,中国生产的带式压滤机带宽0.5一3.15m。带和辊的不同组合可以构成多种形式的带式压滤机。带式压滤机的厂作过程见图1。滤浆先用合适的絮凝剂调制,使固体颗粒形成絮团,并析出部分游离水,然后将絮凝物给至下滤带土,游离’床矛 图l带式压滤机的工作过程 1一搅拌桶;2一混合桶;3一反应桶; 4一下滤带;5一上滤带水靠重力由滤带孔中排出,接着滤饼便在两滤带间经受各压榨辊的压榨脱水作用,最后在两滤带分开后排出机外。(参见彩图插页第18页) 旋叶压滤机用旋转叶轮限制滤饼增厚的压滤机,由固定滤板、中心转轴、旋转叶轮等部件组成。(见图2)滤板有一中心孔,两侧有滤液沟并盖以滤布。滤板与叶轮相间排列,叶轮两侧是叶片,叶片与滤板间仅 进料~~翩漏之赢办 排滤液,义~止尸夕 图2旋叶压滤机示意图 1固定滤板沼一滤布;3一排饼阀 4一旋转叶轮;5一中心转轴有狭窄间隙,叶轮固定在转轴上,转轴通过滤板的中心。滤浆以0.SMPa或更高的压力从进料口压入,传动机构通过中心转轴带动叶轮旋转,使叶轮的周速达10一12m/S,滤浆沿着滤板与叶轮间曲折狭缝运动并产生过滤作用。
