催化还原法除氮氧化物分子式:CAS号:性质:催化还原法可依还原剂是否与废气中的氧发生反应,分为非选择性催化还原法和选择性催化还原法。前者的还原剂是氢气、甲烷、一氧化碳及低碳氢化合物,还可利用含以上组分的混合气体(如合成氨弛放气、焦炉气、天然气、炼厂尾气和气化石脑油等)。在铂、钯催化剂的作用下,可将废气中的氮氧化物(NOx)催化还原为氮气。同时还原剂还可与废气中的氧作用,生成水蒸气和二氧化碳,反应过程放出大量的热。由于该法燃料耗量大,采用贵重金属为催化剂,需设置热回收装置,投资费用较大,而逐渐被淘汰。目前,大多采用选择性催化还原法,它以氨为还原剂,对含氮氧化物的气体进行催化还原处理,氨能有选择地与气体中的二氧化氮及一氧化氮反应,而极少与气体中的氧反应。催化剂可用贵金属,也可用其他金属(铜、铁、铬、锰等)。此法需要消耗一定量的氨,运转费用较高,经济上不够合理,而且处理尾气中氨的浓度达500~800mg/L,会造成二次污染。
