鼓泡反应器  气体鼓泡通过含有反应物或催化剂的液层以实现气液相反应过程的反应器。主要形式有:    ①鼓泡塔 气体从塔底向上经分布器以气泡形式通过液层,气相中的反应物溶入液相并进行反应,气泡的搅拌作用可使液相充分混合。鼓泡塔结构简单,没有运动部件,适用于高压反应或腐蚀性物系。    ②鼓泡搅拌釜 又称通气搅拌釜,利用机械搅拌使气体分散进入液流以实现质量传递和化学反应。常用的搅拌器为涡轮搅拌器,气体分布器安装在搅拌器下方正中处。鼓泡搅拌釜因搅拌器的形式、数量、尺寸、安装位置和转速都可进行选择和调节,故具有较强的适应能力。当反应为强放热时,上述两种反应器均可设置夹套或冷却管以控制反应温度;还可在反应器内设导流筒,以促进定向流动;或使气体经喷嘴注入,以提高液相的含气率,并加强传质。    与填充塔、板式塔相比,鼓泡反应器的主要特点是液相体积分率高(可达90%以上),单位体积液相的相界面积小(在200m2/m3以下)。当反应极慢,过程由液相反应控制时,提高以单位反应器体积为基准的反应速率主要靠增加液相体积分率,宜于采用鼓泡反应器。当反应极快,过程由气液相际传质控制时,提高过程速率主要靠增加相界面积,则以采用填充塔或板式塔为宜。
