1.Surface modifications of NiTi shape memory alloy (SMA) were investigated by chemical methods including low temperature chemical oxidation and alkali bioactive treatment.本文对医用NiTi形状记忆合金(SMA)进行了低温化学氧化、碱液活化等化学方法表面改性研究,并提出了低温化学氧化-碱液活化的复合活化新技术,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)及Fourier变换红外吸收光谱仪(FTIR)等系统研究了表面改性对NiTi SMA的表面组织结构的影响,并通过模拟体液(SBF)浸泡实验、溶血实验及细胞相容性实验等评价了表面改性后NiTi SMA的医学性能,研究表明:经过H_2O_2水溶液低温化学氧化表面改性处理后试样表面Ni含量显著降低,残余Ni仍以NiTi金属间化合物态存在,表面形成了以低结晶度的金红石和锐钛矿结构的TiO_2相为主的氧化层,且富含Ti-OH,这对改善NiTi SMA的生物相容性是有益的。
