D-甲炔诺酮 ,左旋甲炔诺酮 ,左炔诺孕酮药物名称:左炔诺孕酮英文名:Levonorgestrel别名: D-甲炔诺酮 ,左旋甲炔诺酮 ,左炔诺孕酮外文名:Levonorgestrel ,D-Norgestrel适应症: 用于避孕临床效果好,使用方便,续用率高,宜选用于不想绝育而随时需要恢复生育的妇女,可以随时取出埋植剂。 用量用法: 皮下埋植:在月经第7日,于上臂或前臂内侧局麻后作3~4mm切口,用10号套针将6枚囊管呈扇形埋入皮下。如深埋入肌肉或脂肪就较难取出。 注意事项: 常见有月经紊乱,其中经期延长和突破性出血最为多见,但随着植入时间的延长而逐渐减少。可有头痛、恶心、抑郁等不良反应。 规格: 埋植剂:矽胶囊管长34mm,外径2.4mm,内径1.57mm,每枚含D-甲炔诺酮36mg。===========================================================================================================适应症: 是目前国际上应用最广泛的一种口服避孕药。口服吸收迅速,经0.5~2小时血浓度达峰值,半衰期10~24小时。蛋白结合率93%~95%,生物利用度100%。较多分布在肝、肾、卵巢及子宫,代谢物主要以葡萄糖醛酸盐和硫酸盐形式从尿和粪便中排泄。与炔雌醇组成复合片或双相片、三相片,可作为短效口服避孕药。复合片降低高密度脂蛋白较明显,双相片、三相片则影响较小,由于三相片每周期减少本品用量约40%,不良反应少,通过剂型改变,还可作为多种长效避孕药。 用量用法: 用作短效口服避孕药:从月经第5日开始服用复方左旋甲炔诺酮片,每日1片,连服22日,不能间断,最好在晚饭后或临睡时服用。服完后等下次月经第5日继续服药。 注意事项: 可有恶心、呕吐、头痛、乳胀、痤疮、体重增加、抑郁、降低HDL、突破性出血、闭经等不良反应。其他见甲炔诺酮。 规格: 复方左旋甲炔诺酮片:每片含左旋甲炔诺酮0.15mg和炔雌醇0.03mg。其它制剂:1.复方左炔诺孕酮滴丸:滴丸剂,北京制药厂生产。每粒含左炔诺孕酮0.15毫克,炔雌醇0.03毫克。口服。2.毓婷(左炔诺孕酮片):片剂,北京第三制药厂生产。每片含左炔诺孕酮0.75毫克。口服,于房事后72小时内口服1片,隔12小时后再服1片。紧急避孕用,不宜做常规方法。3.惠婷(左炔诺孕酮片):片剂,北京中惠制药厂生产。每片含左炔诺孕酮0.75毫克。口服。4.左炔诺孕酮双相片:片剂,开始11日每片含左炔诺孕酮0.05毫克和炔雌醇0.05毫克;以后10日每片含相应药物0.125毫克和0.05毫克。口服。5.左炔诺孕酮三相片:片剂,开始6日每片含左炔诺孕酮0.05毫克和炔雌醇0.03毫克;中期5日每片含相应药物0.075毫克和0.04毫克;后期10日每片含相应药物0.125毫克和0.03毫克。口服。类别:女性短效避孕药
