[国外糖业技术]废蜜糖份连续回收(RT法)废蜜中糖份回收,排出废液浓缩后作饲料,是糖厂废蜜无污染利用的可取方案之一。RT废蜜糖份连续回收法,与旧斯蒂芬法对比,其优点是:生产连续,设备简单,用钢材少,糖份回收率高,操作简便。在法国OrignySainte-Benoite糖厂采用此法的全自动化废蜜糖份回收车间,只要一人管理。一、工艺条件和设备的特点:1、废蜜糖份回收工艺成败的关键是石灰粉的质量,要求如下:(1)、选用粒度偏小而均匀,纯度高、比重较轻的石灰石,保证石灰石锻烧分解完全又不过烧。(2)、先用锤式粉碎机将石灰石由90~130毫米粉碎到10~13毫米,再进一步用球磨机粉碎到74微米以下,大于74微米的石灰粉不得超过10%。(3)、选用经过冷却而又非常新鲜的生石灰。2、为保持废蜜锤度、温度稳定,糖厂排出的废蜜先送入贮罐,再从贮罐取用;废蜜在稀释桶2中,稀释至含糖12%;进稀释桶的废蜜和水先经计量后再入桶;充分利用蔗糖钙的洗水稀释。3、为使石灰粉和稀释废蜜很快均匀混合,生成蔗糖钙,并促使蔗糖钙粒子不断长大,采取以下措施:(1)、每吨石灰粉加300克甘油,以增加其流动性。(2)、加大循环量(约10倍),通过泵6从反应槽3中部取出反应液,返回到进蜜端槽全长的1/6处,在循环流送过程中,使其通过溢流板溢流至流槽16中,在流槽中形成很薄的液层,石灰粉经称计量后通过分布器15均匀的撒在此薄液层上,这样通过槽内搅拌器和泵6的搅拌,很快混合均匀。加石灰粉量对蜜中糖约为1~1.3比1,流槽宽度约800毫米;石灰粉和稀释废蜜在反应槽中停留时间约20~40分钟,反应温度8~IO℃,反应槽搅拌器转速约15转/分。(3)反应槽采用U形底的卧槽,避免出现死角。(4)反应液用泵4从出料端取出,通过冷却器5(Alva-Iava型)冷却到8℃后,从加料端重返反应槽,循环量约为3倍,这样有利于蔗糖钙粒子的不断长大。冷却器5采用冷冻机冷却。4、反应后的蔗糖钙液,在沉淀器7中停留约5分钟,反应不完全的石灰粒子可很快沉降出来,被重新送往废蜜稀释桶,以节约用灰量。5、采用高效率橡胶水平带式真空吸滤机9(示意图),可保证滤出之蔗糖钙层厚度均匀,不出裂纹,洗水良好,所得蔗糖钙经两段洗水,洗水量约为每吨蜜2.5立方米;所需带式过滤机的有效过滤面积约为日处理l0吨废蜜1平方米,真空度400mmHg柱。6、冷滤液通过泵10经加热器12加热到85℃,得热蔗糖钙沉淀,和冷蔗糖钙一齐过滤收回。7、经洗涤后的蔗糖钙在槽17中稀释后通过泵11送往车间供预灰、主加灰,稀释加水量约为每吨废蜜2立方米水。8、从桶13排出的废液,锤度约为10Bx,经瓦斯饱充过滤后,滤液用多效蒸发罐浓缩到锤度65-70Bx,供作饲料。在甜菜糖厂,可以与干粕混合后造粒。废液成份:干固物:68~70%;总灰份:20.7~23.5%;不溶灰份:微量;总粗蛋白:20.7~31.1%;可消化蛋白:18.5~27.6%;非氮抽出物:14.5~27.6%;还原糖:1.4%;总氮:3.9~4.4%;pH:10.5~11.5。9.废蜜糖份回收车间的换蜜量约为废蜜总处理垃的1/4;回收过程糖份损失约7%(对使用量.下同),石灰损失约10%;每吨甜菜(折算)耗汽7.5公斤。附:流程图
