RFLP分子式:CAS号:性质:又称限制片长多态性。每一种基因型的DNA对某些限制性内切酶有固定的酶切位点,经酶作用后,在凝胶电泳图谱上产生固定的片段图谱。如基因型发生变化,则酶切位点或数目可能有差异,则产生的电泳图谱会有差异。这方法常用于遗传基因型的检查或病理检查。一般来讲高等生物个体都有特定的RFLP。
