昆虫细胞分子式:CAS号:性质:来自昆虫的一类真核细胞。昆虫细胞的体外培养日益受到人们的重视。其原因有两个方面:第一,作为宿主表达高度特异性的病毒,这些病毒可以引起昆虫流行病,但对人畜和植物无害,因而可作病毒杀虫剂。第二,昆虫多角体病毒可以高水平表达蛋白,其基因片段可以用来构建重组病毒以高效表达外源基因,生产某些药用蛋白。因此昆虫细胞的体外培养正逐渐成为生产用于农业和人类健康保健用的生物产品的重要手段。
