克拉维酸分子式:CAS号:性质:又称棒酸。由棒酸链霉菌(Streptomyces clavuligerus)产生的一种β-内酰胺酶抑制剂。其钾盐为无色针状结晶,易溶于水,水溶液不稳定。仅有微弱的抗菌活性,但可与β-内酰胺酶牢固结合,生成不可逆的结合物,具有强力而广谱的抑制β-内酰胺酶的作用,不仅对金葡菌产生的酶有作用,且对多种革兰氏阳性和阴性菌所产生的酶均有作用。与β-内酰胺类抗生素合用起协同作用。口服吸收良好,口服1h后血药浓度达峰值。血浆蛋白结合率低。服药量的30%随尿排出。单独应用无效,常与青霉素类药物合用治疗葡萄球菌属及革兰氏阴性菌所致的瘪踅担。
