“痘痕”红细胞“痘痕”红细胞“pocked”red blood cell Koyama及其同道(1962年)首先利用扫描电镜发现切除脾脏患者,有相当比例的红细胞表面显示“空泡”,而正常人有此空泡者少见。Holroyd(1969年)等利用干涉显微镜证实无脾者的许多红细胞的光滑表面出现“凹陷”,形态似“痘痕”,故称为“痘痕”红细胞。此种“痘痕”即扫描电镜下所见的“空泡”。用干涉显微镜计数循环血“痘痕”红细胞百分数,可评价脾功能。将脾功能分3种状态:正常脾功能的痘痕红细胞值为0~0.3%,无脾功能测值为19%~52%,脾功能低下的新生儿测值为0.6%~2.8%。“痘痕”的检测对评价脾功能及进一步开展脾移植和保留脾脏手术的临床实践和科研,是一项有用的、简便有效方法。
