6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶缺陷6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶缺陷 一种红细胞酶缺陷溶血性贫血类疾病。是由于红细胞6~磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶遗传缺陷所引起,其遗传规律目前已知为X伴性遗传,突变基因位于X染色体上。群体中男性多于女性。酶的缺陷不是由于酶的活力减小或缺乏而是酶的变异。根据临床观察红细胞G6PD缺陷者可分为三种类型:①平时无溶血现象但在某些药物、蚕豆(A型)或感染等因素作用下发生溶血;②长期伴有慢性非球形细胞溶血性贫血(B型;③临床上始终无溶血现象。
