巴胺磷分子式:C10H20NO4PS分子量:281.31CAS号:31218-83-4性质:淡黄色油状液体。沸点87-89℃(6.65×10-4kPa),相对密度1.1294(20/4℃),折光率1.495。在24℃水中的溶解度为110mg/L,溶于多数有机溶剂。对热、光稳定。制备方法:在催化剂、缚酸剂存在下,由3-羟基丁烯酸异丙酯与硫代磷酰氯反应得到的中间体,再与甲醇、乙胺缩合制得烯虫磷。工业生产中,将三丁胺加入乙酰乙酸异丙酯和硫代磷酰氯的混合物中,加料时搅拌冷却-3℃,继续在0-3℃搅拌4.5h,分离粘稠油状液体,加甲苯、石油醚,滤去三丁基氯化铵,滤液在浴温30℃下真空浓缩,残存物中加入甲醇,尽可能快地降至0℃,搅拌4h,再加入70%乙胺的水溶液,加料温度-5℃,混合在0℃搅拌4.5h。反应混合物用约10%盐酸溶液提取两次,第二次提取时加入石油醚有利于提取,石油醚再用水洗、碱洗,用无水硫酸钠干燥,除去溶剂,得烯虫磷。原料消耗定额:三丁胺670kg/t、乙酰乙酸异丙酯520kg/t、硫代磷酰氯650kg/t、甲醇470kg/t、乙胺(70%)820kg/t。用途:烯虫磷为触杀性杀虫剂,兼有胃毒全用。能有效防治蟑螂、苍蝇、蚊子等害虫,也可防治牛虱。
