核酸序列分析仪分子式:CAS号:性质:能自动进行核酸序列分析的仪器。实则为一种自动凝胶扫描仪。它集一个电泳系统、一个激光激发系统、一个荧光检测系统、一台电脑图像、数据处理机及一台彩色激光打印机于一身。采用四种不同的荧光素来代替传统的同位素测序检测。这四种互不相关、具有各自特异的激发和发射波长的荧光素标记的引物,可分别用于双脱氧法DNA合成的四组反应中,反应产物可以混合后在凝胶的单条泳道上完成整个测序反应。这种一条泳道测序的特点是:(1)测序速度至少提高4倍;(2)排除了因不同泳道电泳迁移差异、条带错位而致误读;(3)能与在一个试管中PCR循环测序相匹配;(4)能直接提供原始数据,便于计算机自动阅读。
