溃疡病菌类 引起植物局部组织溃烂、坏死以及木栓层增生的病原菌。植物溃疡病一般发生在茎部皮层,也能发生在果实或枝梢。 溃疡病菌类大多是寄生性较弱的真菌,常见的有核菌纲、丛赤壳属的朱红丛赤壳菌等种类。该菌是多种阔叶树或灌木枝干皮层的病原。生长季节于发病部位可见到粉红色的分生孢子座,秋季在子座上产生深红色的子囊壳。病菌以子实体或营养菌丝在病组织越冬,翌年春季产生孢子,借风、雨、虫传播到寄主的伤口、锯面,造成再次侵染。又如丛赤壳菌能引起苹果或树木茎的溃疡,其无性阶段产生镰刀菌型的分生孢子。再如属半知菌亚门、球壳孢目的杨疡壳孢等能引起杨树的茎溃疡病。 溃疡病菌侵染植物后,往往不立即出现溃疡的症状呈潜伏侵染。当树木失水或生长势衰退时,遂发展成溃疡病斑,在治疗不及时的情况下,溃疡连年扩大,甚至造成茎枝折断或死亡。 细菌性溃疡病菌主要有柑橘溃疡病菌,为革兰氏阴性、好气性短杆菌,极生单鞭毛,有荚膜、无芽孢,生长的适温为20~30℃,于病叶组织内可以存活数月,在日光下曝露 2小时则失去活力。初次侵染主要来自带菌组织,一般从幼嫩组织的伤口或气孔侵入柑橘的茎、枝、果和叶片,4~6天出现溃疡病症。病组织的溢出液可通过风、雨、昆虫以及接触传播,造成再侵染。另外,密执安棒菌可引起番茄溃疡病。 注意检疫、加强管理、避免造成伤口与促进伤口的愈合以及药剂和生物防治等措施是常用的防治溃疡病菌的方法。
