克霉唑栓【通用名称】克霉唑栓 【其他名称】克霉唑栓 克霉唑栓 拼音名:Kemeizuo Shuan 英文名:Clotrimazole Suppouitories 书页号:2000年版二部-276 本品含克霉唑(C22H17ClN2)应为标示量的90.0%~110.0 %。 【性状】 本品为乳白色或微黄色圆锥形的栓剂。 【鉴别】 取本品2 粒,加石油醚10ml,置水浴上温热使基质溶解,放冷后,倾去 石油醚,残渣再用石油醚少量洗涤2 次,弃去洗液,置水浴上加热至残余的石油醚挥尽 ;取残渣照克霉唑溶液项下的鉴别试验,显相同的结果。 【检查】 应符合栓剂项下有关的各项规定(附录Ⅰ D)。 【含量测定】 取本品10粒,精密称定,置蒸发皿中,于水浴上加热至熔化,冷却 ,并不停的搅拌,使混合均匀,精密称取适量(约相当于克霉唑50mg),置具塞锥形瓶 中,加氯仿20ml使溶解,加水20ml、稀硫酸5ml 与二甲基黄-溶剂蓝19混合指示液 0.4 ml,用磺基丁二酸钠二辛酯试液滴定,至近终点时强力振摇,继续滴定至氯仿层由绿色 转变为红灰色;另精密称取克霉唑对照品50mg,照上述方法测定,根据二者消耗磺基丁 二酸钠二辛酯试液的容积(ml)的比值计算,即得。 【类别】 同克霉唑。 【规格】 0.15g 【贮藏】 密封,在30℃以下保存。
