粉末松装烧结粉末松装烧结loose sintering of powder fenmo songzhuang shaojie粉末松装烧结(loose sintering of powder) 金属粉末不经成形而松散(或振实)装在耐高温的模具内直接进行的粉末烧结。松装烧结主要用来制取透过性大、净化精度要求不很高的多孔材料。如:用于过滤汽油、润滑油、化学溶液以及捕集10~20拌m的杂质粒子的过滤材料;用于隔音和绝热的泡沫材料;用于某些密封的密封材料等。 由于多孔材料(尤其是作过滤器用的材料)的特性要求,用于松装烧结的粉末,其粒度分布都比较窄,且多为球形颗粒。松装烧结时,由于粉末颗粒间相接触的面积小,必须严格控制烧结温度和气氛,使烧结成的制品具有足够的强度,又不至于收缩过大而降低孔隙度甚至与模具粘结起来不能脱模。 松装烧结所选用的模具材料不应与所烧结的粉末发生任何反应,并具有足够高的高温强度和刚度,最好选用热膨胀系数与烧结材料很接近的材料。常用的材料有各种铸铁(如高铬高硅铸铁HT24一44、HT18一367)、石墨、碳素工具钢Tl。、不锈钢和无机填料等。在制取管状过滤材料时,松装烧结模具的外部也可用细粘土粉末材料,内部芯杆用浸过有机物的未烧结的氧化铝粉末,烧结后芯杆常被破坏掉。 青铜过滤器多采用松装烧结工艺制造。常用50一80拜m粒级的球形青铜粉末,模具材料主要用铸铁和钢材。为了防止粉末与模具在烧结时粘在一起,在模具内壁和芯杆上涂一层胶体石墨。青铜过滤器的烧结温度与粉末化学成分和粒度有关。表l和表2为不同含锌量和不同粒度的青铜粉末的烧结温度。烧结时间视制品大小而定,一般为20一60min。烧结设备常用钟罩炉,气氛为分解氨。雾化球形铜粉的松装烧结,特别是粗粉末烧结时,为了使制品具有足够的强度,烧结温度接近铜的熔点,为103。一107。℃。如果在粉末中添加磷酸氢二钱((NH4)ZHPO‘),使含磷量约为。.5%,可使烧结温度降至900一IOo0C。 表1含7写一,%锌雾化青铜粉烧结温度一镖筹卡哥哥恶表2含10写锌扮化青铜粉烧结温度粼甘半书知一一一…令竺 (王才撞)
